Marinade:
- 2 lbs (8) boneless chicken thighs or breasts (skin on or off)

- 2 tbsp zaatar seasoning
- 1 tsp kosher salt

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Marinate: Whisk together all marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken in a bag or container, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare chicken: Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in a single layer in the dish.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve with couscous and warm pita.
