Beef Stew Crock Pot

- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) flour for thickening
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 cup (240 ml) frozen peas (optional)

Instructions
- Brown the meat: Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown beef cubes, and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic: Cook onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add tomato paste: Stir in tomato paste for flavor.
- Transfer to the Crock Pot: Combine meat, onion mixture, and other ingredients in the Crock Pot.
