  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) flour for thickening
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 cup (240 ml) frozen peas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat: Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown beef cubes, and set aside.
