A refreshing and tangy Berry Lemonade recipe that is perfect for a hot summer day. This homemade lemonade is sweetened with a simple syrup and loaded with mixed berries for a burst of fruity flavor.

For the Simple Syrup:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
For the Lemonade:
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 4 cups ice
- 1 cup mixed berries
Instructions
- Prepare Simple Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and stir until all sugar has dissolved.
- Mix Lemonade: Let the simple syrup come to room temperature, then pour into a pitcher. Add the lemon juice and berries and mix. (Note: You want your lemonade to be pretty strong so that when you add ice, it isn’t too diluted)
- Serve: Keep in the fridge until you’re ready to serve and then add the ice. Enjoy!

- You can adjust the sweetness of the lemonade by adding more or less simple syrup.
