  • 34 medium bananas (or 2 large bananas)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line two 8×4 bread pans with parchment paper or grease with butter.
  2. Mash the bananas: In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until well mashed. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar: In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  4. Add eggs: Add eggs to the butter-sugar mixture and cream until combined.
  5. Combine dry ingredients: Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and mix well.
