- 1 recipe brownies (baked in a 9×13-inch pan*)
Ice Cream Filling:
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
Nutella Filling:
- 6 Tablespoons Nutella**
Chocolate Shell:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Heath toffee bits
Instructions
- Prepare Cupcake Wells: Line 6 cupcake wells with plastic wrap; set aside.
- Prepare Brownie Bowls: Cut brownies into circles and press into cupcake wells.
- Add Ice Cream and Nutella: Place ice cream and Nutella in brownie bowls and freeze.
- Top with Brownie Circles: Cover ice cream with more brownie circles and freeze.
- Make Chocolate Shell: Melt chocolate and coconut oil, add toffee bits.
- Coat in Chocolate: Dip bombes in chocolate, allow to set, and enjoy!
