Provolone Sauce:

 - 1 large onion, sliced
 - 1 pound beef steak, cubed
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 - 1 cup beef broth
 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
 
Instructions
- Cook the Tortellini: Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 - Sauté Onions: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
 - Cook Beef: Add cubed beef steak to the skillet with onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
 - Make Sauce: Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat to low, sprinkle provolone cheese over the beef mixture, and stir until melted and smooth.
