- 4 pieces of flatbread or naan
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup ripe tomatoes, sliced

- Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
- Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
