Instructions
- Slice Bananas: Peel bananas and slice into thin, uniform rounds approximately 3 mm thick using a sharp knife or mandoline.
 - Mix Cinnamon-Sugar: Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until evenly blended.
 - Coat Slices: Brush both sides of each banana slice with coconut oil, then sprinkle both sides evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
 - Arrange in Air Fryer: Place coated banana slices in a single layer, ensuring no overlap, in the basket of the air fryer. Work in batches if necessary.
 - Air Fry Bananas: Air fry at 150°C for 10–15 minutes, turning slices halfway through. Begin checking for doneness after 12 minutes; chips should be golden and starting to crisp.
 - Cool and Store: Transfer banana chips to a wire rack to cool. Serve once fully cooled or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
