Ingredients
Rolled Oats:
½ cup (50g)
Almond Butter:
1 cup (250g)
Honey:
2 tbsp (40g)
Dried Cranberries:
¼ cup (40g)
Shelled Pistachios, Chopped:
¼ cup (30g)
Vanilla Protein Powder:
¼ cup (30g)
Sea Salt:
¼ tsp (1g)
Vanilla Extract:
½ tsp (2.5ml)
Instructions
- Combine almond butter and honey: In a large bowl, mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients: Rolled oats, cranberries, pistachios, protein powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mix: Until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Roll into balls: Shape into 1-inch bite-sized balls.
- Place on baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the balls on it.
- Refrigerate: Chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
