  • 8 slices dill pickles
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice

Chicken:

  • 225 g chicken breast (2 small breasts), pounded to 1.3 cm thick
  • 60 g Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 60 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Sandwich Assembly:

  • 2 large sandwich brioche buns
  • 1 cup (about 60 g) shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 16 slices dill pickles
  • Vegetable oil, for frying (about 120 ml as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dill Pickle Ranch Sauce – In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, yogurt or sour cream, dill, pickles, and pickle juice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Pound and Season Chicken – Pat chicken breasts dry, pound to 1.3 cm, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bread Chicken – Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, egg mixture, and Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry Chicken – Fry breaded chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Alternative Baking Method – Bake breaded chicken in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Prepare Sandwich Buns – Warm brioche buns until lightly toasted.
