  1. Dough Preparation: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cold water gradually, mix until dough forms. Shape into a disk, chill for 1 hour.
  2. Assembly: Roll out dough, cut into squares. Mix cream cheese filling ingredients. Place filling in center of squares, fold corners over filling, seal.
  3. Baking: Brush with egg wash, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving.
