Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons refined coconut oil, melted
- ⅔ cup warm water
Rolling:

Instructions
- Dough – Sift the flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl. Add the salt and whisk together. Add the melted coconut oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix.
- Kneading – Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Rolling – Cut the dough into pieces, roll and flatten each piece, then let rest for 30 minutes.
- Frying – Heat oil, press dough into thin tortillas, fry until golden brown, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
