  • 1 1/2 pounds ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
