Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken Bites: Heat an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken and place in a bowl.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  4. Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In a separate skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until tender. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a low simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy Parmesan sauce until well coated.
