			Lobster Tails:
- 4 tails Lobster tails (Fresh or thawed if frozen.)

 - 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
 - 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (Chopped)
 - 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
 - Salt (To taste)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise. Pull apart the shell to expose the meat, leaving it attached at the base.
 - Make the garlic butter mixture: Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
 - Coat the lobster: Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
 - Bake: Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
