Slider Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion (or 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder)
- 1 pound Hawaiian Rolls (24 small or 12 large)
- 1 pound deli ham, thinly sliced
- 1 pound Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Mix the butter mixture: In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
- Assemble the sliders: Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish. Layer with half of the ham, followed by the Swiss cheese, and the remaining ham. Top with the other halves of the rolls.
- Add the butter mixture: Pour the butter mixture over the assembled sliders. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve hot.
