Ingredients
1 ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- I recommend using 2% or 5% fat. Non-fat Greek yogurt won’t be as creamy and thick.
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
⅓ cup Cacao Powder
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate Chips: Place chocolate chips in an oven-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted.
- Cool the Chocolate: Allow the melted chocolate to cool down slightly.
- Combine Ingredients: In a stand mixer bowl, combine Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, and cacao powder.
- Whip the Mixture: Using a whisk attachment, whip the mixture until creamy. Add milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
- Chill: Cover the mousse and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to thicken.
- Serve: Scoop into individual cups and top with grated dark chocolate, sea salt, or sliced strawberries.
