Ingredients

1 ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt

  • I recommend using 2% or 5% fat. Non-fat Greek yogurt won’t be as creamy and thick.

1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

⅓ cup Cacao Powder


Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate Chips: Place chocolate chips in an oven-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted.
  2. Cool the Chocolate: Allow the melted chocolate to cool down slightly.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a stand mixer bowl, combine Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, and cacao powder.
  4. Whip the Mixture: Using a whisk attachment, whip the mixture until creamy. Add milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
  5. Chill: Cover the mousse and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to thicken.
