- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 cups of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream to add a light and airy texture to the filling.
