Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 11/2 tablespoons clover honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, grated or freshly minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the fresh lemon juice, grated lemon zest, extra-virgin olive oil, clover honey, Dijon mustard, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper to a blender or a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the Vinaigrette: Blend the ingredients in a blender for a few seconds until well incorporated, or alternatively whisk the ingredients vigorously in a bowl with a wire whisk, or place all ingredients in a mason jar, seal, and shake vigorously until emulsified.
