For Iced Green Tea:
- 2g jasmine green tea leaves
- 6–8 fresh lychee, peeled and deseeded
- 1/4 cup hot water
- Ice cubes
For Iced Black Tea:
- 1 black tea bag
- 6–8 fresh lychee, peeled and deseeded
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 4 slices lime
- 1 tbsp. syrup of choice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Iced green tea: Place jasmine tea leaves in a pot. Steep in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and cool. Muddle lychee in a shaker, add ice and green tea. Shake and pour into glasses.
- Iced black tea: Steep black tea in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and cool. Muddle lychee and lime in a shaker, add ice, syrup, and black tea. Shake and serve.
