For Iced Green Tea:

  • 2g jasmine green tea leaves
  • 68 fresh lychee, peeled and deseeded
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • Ice cubes

For Iced Black Tea:

  • 1 black tea bag
  • 68 fresh lychee, peeled and deseeded
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 4 slices lime
  • 1 tbsp. syrup of choice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Iced green tea: Place jasmine tea leaves in a pot. Steep in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and cool. Muddle lychee in a shaker, add ice and green tea. Shake and pour into glasses.
  2. Iced black tea: Steep black tea in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and cool. Muddle lychee and lime in a shaker, add ice, syrup, and black tea. Shake and serve.
