  • 4 ounces Mini Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup Holiday M&M’s

Chocolate Coating

  • 10 to 16 ounces Chocolate or Ghirardelli Melting Wafers (milk, semi-sweet or dark)
  • 4 ounces White Chocolate Melting Wafers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mix Components: Place the mini pretzels, caramel corn, and Oreo cookies each in separate bowls to organize ingredients for coating.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Melt the chocolate wafers or chips until smooth and silky. Use milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate as preferred. If using chocolate chips or bars, add 1 teaspoon of oil to give a shiny finish. Melt in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring thoroughly each time until completely melted.
  3. Coat Snack Pieces: Toss the pretzels, caramel corn, and Oreo pieces with the melted chocolate, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Use more melted chocolate as needed. Spread the coated pieces on parchment paper and allow to set until chocolate hardens.
  4. Drizzle White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate wafers in a bowl. Using a spoon, lightly drizzle the melted white chocolate over the pretzels and caramel corn pieces for a decorative touch.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Once both chocolates have fully set, toss all the coated pieces together in a large bowl. Add the mini peanut butter cups and holiday M&M’s, mixing gently to combine all elements evenly.
