Instructions

- Warm Tortillas: Gently warm low-carb tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them soft and pliable, preventing cracks when rolling.
- Assemble: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a quarter of the cream cheese filling evenly in a thin layer, leaving a ½-inch border around edges.
- Roll Tightly: Roll the tortilla tightly into a compact log and set aside seam-side down. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Create Cinnamon Coating: In a shallow dish, whisk together 3 tbsp granular erythritol and 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
- Butter & Coat: Melt 2 tbsp butter. Brush the outside of each roll-up with butter and immediately roll in the cinnamon-sweetener mixture until evenly coated.
