Egg White Mixture:

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
  2. Separate Eggs: Separate the eggs into separate bowls.
  3. Mix Cream Cheese: Blend the cream cheese and salt into the yolks until well combined using an electric mixer.
  4. Whip Egg Whites: Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until very stiff.
  5. Fold Mixtures: Gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the stiff egg whites.
  6. Form Rolls: Spoon 6 mounds of the mixture onto the baking pan, flattening each slightly.
  7. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
  8. Cool and Store: Cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Store in a zipper bag to keep soft.
