  • 100 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 whole green olives

Instructions

  1. Blend Base Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the green olives, crumbled feta, cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth yet retains a slightly textured consistency.
  2. Add Flavorings: Add the chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes if using, and freshly ground black pepper to the base mixture. Pulse 2 to 3 times to incorporate the ingredients while preserving some chunks for texture.
  3. Transfer and Garnish: Spoon the dip into a serving jar or bowl. Drizzle the top with a little olive oil and garnish with two whole green olives to enhance presentation and flavor.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate the dip for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and develop fully.
