Instructions
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet or cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
- Melt the white chocolate: Place the white chocolate melting wafers into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring well between each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Coat graham crackers in white chocolate: Dip one graham cracker half at a time into the melted white chocolate, covering the entire cracker. Use a fork to lift it out, allowing excess chocolate to drip off, then place it on the parchment paper. Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint candy cane pieces evenly over the white chocolate coating. Repeat for all halves.
- Chill the coated crackers: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to help the white chocolate set firmly.
- Melt the milk chocolate: In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate melting wafers using 30-second increments, stirring after each until smooth and fully melted.
- Dip the bottoms in milk chocolate: Hold each white chocolate-coated graham cracker with a fork, then dip only the bottom edge (opposite the peppermint side) into the melted milk chocolate. Return the dipped crackers to the parchment paper. Repeat for all crackers.
