Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Cube fresh pineapple and mince the fresh ginger and turmeric if using. Juice half a lemon to measure about 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Blend: Place pineapple, coconut water, minced ginger, lemon juice, turmeric (if using), pepper, and honey (if using) into a high-powered blender. Blend for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth and well combined.
