Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cube fresh pineapple and mince the fresh ginger and turmeric if using. Juice half a lemon to measure about 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  2. Blend: Place pineapple, coconut water, minced ginger, lemon juice, turmeric (if using), pepper, and honey (if using) into a high-powered blender. Blend for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth and well combined.
  3. Strain: Using a wide-mouthed container and a fine mesh strainer, pour the blended mixture through and use a small spoon or spatula to press out the liquid. Alternatively, use a nut milk bag to squeeze out the juice completely.
