			Chocolate Peanut Butter Mixture:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
 - 1/4 cup salted butter
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Additional Ingredients:
- 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
 - 1 1/2 to 2 cups powdered sugar
 
Instructions
- Prepare Chocolate Peanut Butter Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for an additional 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
 - Coat Cereal: Place cereal in a large bowl. Pour the chocolate peanut butter mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
 - Add Powdered Sugar: Transfer the coated cereal into a large Ziploc bag. Add powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake until the cereal is well coated.
 - Set and Serve: Spread the coated cereal on parchment or waxed paper to cool and set the chocolate. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
