This refreshing Strawberry Coconut Water Lemonade is a perfect blend of tangy lemon, sweet strawberries, and hydrating coconut water. It’s a delightful twist on traditional lemonade that’s sure to quench your thirst on a hot day.

Simple Syrup:
- 120 ml water
- 100 g granulated sugar
Strawberry Lemon Puree:
- 180 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 4 lemons)
- 450 g strawberries, trimmed and halved
Remaining:
- 480 ml coconut water
- Sparkling water, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Simple Syrup – Combine water and sugar in a heatproof container. Microwave for 90 seconds, then stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Cool the syrup completely in the refrigerator.
- Blend Strawberries and Lemon Juice – Place lemon juice and strawberries in a blender. Puree on high speed until completely smooth.
- Combine Base with Coconut Water and Syrup – Transfer strawberry-lemon mixture to a large jug. Stir in the coconut water, then add cooled simple syrup to taste (begin with 60 ml, increasing as needed based on sweetness preference).
- Chill and Serve – Refrigerate the lemonade until thoroughly chilled. Pour over ice in serving glasses. Optionally, top with sparkling water immediately before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness of the lemonade by adding more or less simple syrup.
- For a lighter version, you can dilute the lemonade with additional coconut water or sparkling water.
