Description

A delicious and refreshing Strawberry Latte that can be enjoyed hot or iced, combining the sweetness of strawberry syrup with rich espresso and creamy milk for a perfect coffee treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Strawberry Milk Mixture

  • 6 ounces milk (or milk mixed with creamer)
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup or red velvet syrup

Coffee

  • 2 ounces espresso or strong brewed coffee (23 ounces for hot latte)

Additional

  • 1 cup ice (optional, for iced latte)
  • Fresh whipped cream (optional, for hot latte)
  • Frothed milk (optional, for iced latte topping)

Instructions

  1. Iced Strawberry Latte: Prepare the Glass and Ice. Fill your glass with approximately 1 cup of ice to chill your drink properly.
  2. Add Strawberry Milk. Pour 6 ounces of prepared strawberry milk (milk mixed with 2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup) over the ice in your glass.
  3. Pour Espresso or Cold Brew. Add a double shot of espresso (2 ounces) or your preferred cold brew coffee on top of the strawberry milk for a balanced coffee flavor.
  4. Optional Milk Froth. Froth additional milk and layer it on top if you desire a creamier texture, then stir gently with a glass straw before enjoying your iced latte.
  5. Hot Strawberry Latte: Prepare the Mug. Pour 6 ounces of strawberry milk into a coffee mug, heated if preferred for warmth.
  6. Add Coffee. Brew 2-3 ounces of strong coffee using your favorite coffee beans or espresso machine and pour directly over the strawberry milk.
  7. Optional Topping. Top your hot latte with fresh whipped cream for an indulgent finish and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of strawberry syrup.
  • Use whole milk, skim milk, or any plant-based milk according to your preference.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the espresso or coffee amount slightly.
  • Frothing milk enhances texture but is optional for the iced version.
  • Substitute red velvet syrup if you want a different flavor twist.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
