Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit: Keep the Mandarin oranges in their syrup; do not drain. Chop the pineapple and bananas into chunks.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.
- Add Pudding Mix: Evenly sprinkle the dry vanilla pudding mix over the fruit (do not mix with milk).
- Stir and Chill: Stir the mixture thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Each serving is approximately one cup.
