			Crescent Roll Crust:
- 8 ounces crescent rolls (1 refrigerated tube)
 
Cream Cheese Layer:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
 - 4 ounces sour cream
 
Taco Meat and Toppings:
- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
 - 1 taco seasoning packet
 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
 - Other desired toppings such as jalapenos or chilies
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a light coating of non-stick spray.
 - Prepare Crust: Unroll the crescent roll dough on the prepared sheet. Press together any seams. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
 - Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Spread onto the cooled crust.
 - Prepare Meat: Brown the meat according to taco seasoning packet instructions. Drain excess fat.
 - Assemble Pizza: Spread the taco meat over the cream cheese layer. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and desired toppings.
 - Serve: Slice and serve immediately.
