Crescent Roll Crust:

  • 8 ounces crescent rolls (1 refrigerated tube)

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sour cream

Taco Meat and Toppings:

  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • Other desired toppings such as jalapenos or chilies

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a light coating of non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare Crust: Unroll the crescent roll dough on the prepared sheet. Press together any seams. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
