Instructions
- Prepare the dough: In a wide plate or mixing bowl, combine 1.5 cups wheat flour, 1 cup boiled milk, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well to form a soft dough. Knead thoroughly until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Make the stuffing: In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup chopped capsicum, 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn, 2-3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, 100 grams grated paneer, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, 2 tsp pizza seasoning, and about 1/4 cup grated processed cheese. Mix everything well to combine all flavors.
- Shape the dough balls: Check the rested dough, divide it into small equal portions, and shape each into a ball.
- Roll and fill: Take one dough ball, dust it with flour, and roll it out to medium thickness into a small round disc. Place about 1 tablespoon of the prepared stuffing in the center. Carefully fold and seal the edges, enclosing the filling completely to form a bomb shape.
- Cook on tawa: Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium flame. Lightly apply water on the surface of the tawa. Place the pizza bombs on the hot tawa and roast them, turning frequently and applying butter to ensure even cooking and a crispy outer layer. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, then transfer to a plate.
- Serve: Repeat with remaining dough balls and stuffing. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Tawa Atta Pizza Bombs as a snack or appetizer.
