Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables and Chicken: Gather all ingredients. Wash and cut zucchini, bell peppers, and onions into bite-sized pieces. Clean the boneless chicken thighs and cut them into pieces roughly the same size as the vegetables to ensure even cooking.
