  • 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup (50 g) parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium red onion, finely diced (about ½ cup)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Garnish

  • Green onion, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the drained whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained black beans, mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, finely diced jalapeño, cooked and crumbled bacon, finely diced red onion, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix Thoroughly: Stir all the ingredients together until they are fully combined and the mixture becomes creamy and uniform in texture.
