- 1 bouillon cube

Instructions
- Make the broth: In a medium pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add 1 bouillon cube, ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce, and ¼ teaspoon of white pepper powder. Stir well until the bouillon cube has completely dissolved. Reduce heat to low and let the broth simmer gently.
- Cook the wontons: Carefully place 12 wontons into the simmering broth. Stir gently to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the wontons float to the surface and are fully cooked through.
- Add the bok choy: Add 4 halved bok choy to the pot. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, just until the bok choy becomes tender and its color turns bright green, preserving its crispness.
- Serve: Ladle the soup along with wontons and bok choy into serving bowls. Garnish with sliced green onions to taste, and optionally add chili flakes or an extra pinch of white pepper for a spicy kick.
