			Egg Noodles:
- 8 ounces egg noodles
 
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
 - 4 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
 - Salt & pepper (to taste)
 
Others:
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
- Boil the Egg Noodles: Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
 - Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to brown the garlic.
 - Combine Ingredients: Add hot pasta water to the skillet. Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet along with parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss until cheese is melted and noodles are coated.
 - Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot.
