Instructions

  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  3. Prepare Garlic: Smash garlic cloves and remove the skin.
  4. Coat Potatoes: Place boiled potatoes and garlic in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, add rosemary, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat.
