This Jamaican Lemonade recipe is a refreshing and zesty drink perfect for hot summer days. Made with fresh limes, lemons, and a touch of sweetener, it’s a tropical twist on a classic lemonade.

Limes:
- 3 limes
Lemon:
- 1 lemon
Hot Water:
- 3 cups (700ml)
Sweetener:
- To taste (see notes)
Cold Water:
- 5 cups (1.18 litres)
Instructions
- Prepare Citrus: Remove the ends from the limes and lemon. Cut off the outer peel, discard, and place the fruit in a small bowl.
- Blend: In a blender, combine 3 cups of hot water with sweetener. Blend until smooth.
- Strain: Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer.
- Combine: Add 5 cups of cold water to the bowl and stir.
- Cool: Allow the lemonade to cool to room temperature.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by dissolving additional sweetener in hot water.
Notes
- You can use raw cane sugar, honey, agave syrup, or any sweetener of your choice.
